Military Influence

I noticed that military inspired fashion a lot lately, we can see this trend everywhere, Saks Fifth Ave, Neiman Marcus and the 2010 Fall fashion show...

Recently my school project of military collection was inspired by 1850 military uniforms, back to that period, the military uniforms were of often elaborate affairs, featuring extensive embellishments and accessories. It was really fun and inspiring when I look at these fantastic uniforms...
